This trip concentrates on
Vietnam's diverse and fascinating cultural heritage. Start from Danang;
visit Cham Museum, Marble Mountains. From Danang, we make our way to
the picturesque town of Hoi An to explore this charming fishing town
with ancient family homes, Chinese Assembly Halls and Japanese Covered
Bridge. After that, we ascend the stunning Hai Van Pass and down into
Hue, the former Imperial City. Here we can see the former residence of
the Emperors inside the walls of the Citadel as well as cruising down
the Perfume River.

Day 1: Danang Arrival - Hoi An |
|
Upon arrival at Danang you will be greeted by our
guide who will begin by escorting you on a tour of Danang City,
including the Cham Museum, Marble Mountain. Continue to delightful
township of Hoi An approximately 30 km away. Once at Hoi An we will
check into our hotel, followed by some free time to explore. Overnight

Day 2: Hoi An (B/D) |
|
Today there will be a tour in Hoi An to the
Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky House.
Following the tour there is free time to discover what else Hoi An has
to offer. Whether it is in the silk shops having a new wardrobe
tailored or cycling to the beach about 6 kilometers away, one thing is
certain, you will not get bored in this town. Tonight we will dine at one of the many excellent restaurants located here. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An. |

Day 3: Hoi An (B) |
|
This morning we will board a boat and cruise the
waterways for a look at a ceramic craft village and the boat building
yards. For those people interested, a trip to the My Son Cham towers,
about a hour and a half drive from Hoi An can be arranged. Or maybe you
would prefer to relax beside the pool at the hotel or head to the beach
for a swim. One thing is for sure, there will be final fittings to
attend to at some of the tailor's shops. You will find these businesses

Day 4: Hoi An - Hue (B) |
|
As we bid Hoi An farewell this morning we continue
our north bound journey to Hue. Along the way we will travel over the
Hai Van pass, stopping at the top to take in the stunning views north
over Lang Co beach and south over Danang city. Our second stop will be
Lang Co beach, for coffee and refreshments, then continuing on our way
to Hue.
Afternoon: board bicycles for a tour around this
fabulous city. A visit to Hue would be completed by taking in
attractions such as the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the
Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba market. Overnight at hotel in Hue. |

Day 5: Hue (B/L) |
Breakfast at hotel. Morning: boat ride on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh Mang Tomb. Lunch at nice local restaurant. Afternoon:
continue to visit Imperial citadel, Tu Duc and Khai Dinh's Tombs,
shopping at Dong Ba market. Accommodation at hotel in Hue. |

| Day 6: Hue - Departure (B) |
| Today is departure day and time to bid farewell to your guide. If
you are continuing on a domestic flight you can depart from Hue
airport. For international flights you will be transferred back to
Danang airport. |
